The Reality of Manifestation : How to Live the Life of your Dreams?

Everyone has dreams, and hopes, and vision boards of the life we wish to live. The job, the position, the clients, the business, the home, the wealth, the health, and the joy. Every time we visualise and try to experience how it feels, our mind tells us this feels good, peaceful, blissful - so we tell ourselves that if we achieve this, we will feel peaceful. If we have so much wealth, we will be at bliss. But if we look back at our lives, we can see definite growth, we have fulfilled our desires, some if not all - and even then, have those desires vanished? Do desires end? And then does it mean that only achieving something or the other, will make us peaceful?

So what is the reality of manifestation? If reality is but an illusion, then where does this creation and attraction happen? If it is the subconscious, then how do I control it? If I cant see it, how do I attract it?

What is subconscious mind? It your deep seated beliefs about yourself - it is where the I reigns - it is the seat of your personality. And to train subconscious is to cleanse the feelings about 'I'.  Creation occurs in space, that is infinite. When you close your eyes, it's the darkness, that space you see, with nothingness that the creation occurs. What happens though when you close your eyes? Your mind is filled with all those thoughts, those responsibilities, that hurt, some guilt, some to do list - sometimes it bubbles something you hadn't thought about for a while now.

So in the darkness too, where nothing exists, exist your thoughts about the I memory. And you try so hard to quieten then, and focus on your visualisation, but yet they stay, and so your life stays the same. And that is why meditation is key, because it teaches you to calm your mind, and it helps you accept those deep thoughts, about yourself about others. It helps you clear that gunk and layers, so when you close your eyes, all you are is space, all you see is space, all is infinite.

It is in that darkness, you experience the silence, and that is when you create your projections. Instead of projecting what you have and want, work on projecting what you feel about yourself, what value you give yourself, how do others see you, how are you contributing to the world? In that darkness, see yourself standing in front a mirror, and compliment yourself, every inch of your body. And the more you stare at the reflection, the more you will realise that the boundaries of the body are just an illusion to the power of your mind. The mind is far spread out, in the vastness of the space. And you have a blank massive canvas to create and recreate your reality.

But first, it's knowing what is it that you feel about yourself. How do you feel when you are doing a certain role? How do you feel when you are spending? How does someone make you feel? Focus on those feelings, and focus on the positives to amplify them. Focus so hard on those thoughts, that that becomes your subconscious, that you are already grateful, and blissful in what you are and how you feel about your life right now.

And when you embed this at the seat of your subconscious, the darkness will become your tool to create what you truly deserve, because you believe in the best for yourself in your every cell.

Remember, it's not the visualisation, but what you think about yourself in the darkness when you close your eyes that matters. Reality is only but a mirror image of your subconscious.

Love and Light

Let your faith be pure, candid and perfect. An egoistic faith in the mental and vital being tainted by ambition, pride, vanity, mental arrogance, vital self-will, personal demand, desire for the petty satisfactions of the lower nature is a low and smoke-obscured flame that cannot burn upwards to heaven. - Sri Aurobindo
