Know what is the Purpose of your Life: A Gentle Reminder

Image
This is for anyone who's ever stared at the ceiling late at night, wondering,  “What am I here for?”  Here’s the thing: life isn’t a puzzle to solve or a mountain to conquer. The purpose of your life is far simpler—it's to love, to enjoy, and to fully experience every moment. Think back to when you were a kid. Remember the joy of smearing paint on everything except the canvas, running barefoot through fields, or curling up in your favorite corner with a book? Back then, life wasn’t about achievements or timelines. It was about the pure joy of  being . As adults, we tend to complicate things. We trade our crayons for calculators, our dreams for deadlines. And somewhere along the way, we forget that our heart, the same one that felt joy so easily, still beats with the same innocence and wonder we once knew. It’s not lost—it’s just buried under responsibilities, rules, and expectations. “Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once we grow up,” ...

Easy Meditation & Mindfulness Technique : All it takes is 5 mins

Image
Finding the right technique or method can be a task. Especially, with the plethora of information available out there, the endless trials and errors leave us feeling even more confused than we started. Some techniques feel good, while the others spark our curiosity, some feel calming, while others get us all charged up - while we embark on this spiritual path, we do know that regular practice is what will take us to that Divine nectar. We feel it in our bones, that doing a practice daily will open more doors and take us closer to the soul. We have felt it in bits and pieces, and are hungry for more - and when we become hungry, we end up exploring and learning more and more!  But meditation and mindfulness, is all about letting go. So, the more we hold on to the feeling of awakening, the more it will go away from us. Because nothing but bliss is permanent, and thats how our mind should be, calm, peaceful and aware of itself. So here is a simple technique that you can do anytim...

What are you searching for? When the Divine but resides in you.

Image
What are you seeking, and why are you searching? What purpose will you find in searching for something that is always there? What validation are you looking to find, that isn't  already there within you – just choose your path, for all paths are divine, just choose your grid, for all grids are divine, just choose for love and equality, and commit to serve for your and others good, that’s all there is in all finality, nothing more nothing less, that all there is to serve for good, and experience the abundance in every moment and every aspect, for the more you bloom the more light you let you, for the more you open the more wisdom comes in, for the more you heal the more you attract love, for the more you spread your light the more the source offers, make space by being giving within you, make space by letting you, make space to let the divine light enter, make space for the endless abundant flow of divine.  Oh love, Of the divine, Of the devi, The masculine, Of the mountains, A...

Oh Dear, Sun

Image
Oh Dear Sun As I embark on this calling of passion, with a hopeful heart to touch many and resonate with you - my first poem is to the Divine light that shines in all of us, and what are we if we cannot express this light in every act. This picture is the one that moved mountains in my mind, this view just swapped my perspective to how I was choosing to live my life. When I returned from here, I was already a different person, The majestic mountains, glistening in the sunlight - making us look so tiny in the grand dance of nature - this is where I experienced Surrender, to this Divine Sun, the creator, and Mother Nature. Oh Dear Sun, The mighty, the One, The unfazed, The brilliant, Cocooning us in, the all, And whole, I surrender to you, My soul, The one who is born, From your womb, The parts of which, Have scattered in mist, I call your benevolence, To help me but find, The fragments of the Divine, So I can offer, You the whole of Me, And come back yet again, To your creation, Our wor...
